Demonstrate your creativity in the kitchen using Soft Red Winter Wheat.

Take part in the FCCLA product development (aka Food for Thought Culinary) contest and demonstrate your knowledge in food science, food preparation safety, and educational materials.

Your team will:

  • Create an original prototype formula
  • Test the product through focus groups
  • Develop educational materials for consumers
  • Demonstrate the creation of your product
  • Present an oral presentation about your product
