Mrs. Frizzle’s Class Gets Dirty
Pollution and soot is produced by burning fuel. The Magic School Bus gets dirty passing through the engine. Check out how burning biodiesel can reduce the “dirt.”
Go to the kids’ zone, greate a graph. You will see a half-completed chart. Complete the information by adding the values in red from the chart below. Then click on the Preview tab to create a graph that shows the reduction of particle matter when using higher percentages of biodiesel. You can print it, but do not save! That way somebody else can create their line graph that shows how biodiesel can reduce the amount of particulate matter in the air! Buses that use biodiesel won’t be as dirty!
